Retrieving forgotten passwords
If you have forgotten your password, you can select the Forgot Password link to enter your user name and have your password emailed to you.
1. Select the
User Profile button
in the command bar, and select
Login from the left pane.
2. Select the Forgot Password link. The Forgot Password screen appears.
3. In the User Name field, type your user name and select Submit.
Your password is sent to the valid email address that was specified when you created your user account.
